Insects as food show a large variation in traditional use over the world. This high between countries combination with current ideas of insects part solution to feed growing global population raises interesting questions. The aim this paper is investigate what has been perceived historically and how changes time focus on insects. their products have used for medicine within outside Europe long we records. They not staple but rare addition diet. frequency Europe, even times crisis, points reluctance towards source.
